Would it be possible for there to exist a puppy large enough to stick it's head into outer space? It's proportions would be the same as a regular puppy, so it will be quite large. Could the earth sustain its enormous appetite? Would it collapse under its own weight, etc?

That's a fantastic idea! I particularly like the idea of the puppy jumping around the earth, pissing on forest fires!
